What is PDF Stamp?

Place a stamp image onto your PDF at any of 9 positions. Useful for adding approval marks, company logos, signature images, or review marks. Choose size (small/medium/large) and apply to all pages, first page only, last page only, or specific pages. Files never leave your device.

How to use

  1. 1.Drag a PDF onto the drop zone, or click to select.
  2. 2.Add a stamp image (PNG or JPG). PNG with transparency is recommended.
  3. 3.Choose stamp size (Small 80px / Medium 120px / Large 180px).
  4. 4.Pick the stamp position from 9 spots (top-left, center, bottom-right, etc.).
  5. 5.Choose which pages to stamp (All / First / Last / Specific).
  6. 6.Click 'Apply Stamp' — the stamped PDF downloads automatically.

Q. Does a digital stamp have the same legal weight as a notarized seal?

No. docsevery's PDF Stamp simply composites an image onto a PDF. It is not a substitute for legally binding seals. Use it only for general approvals or visual marks. For documents requiring legal effect, use certified e-signatures or physical seals.

Q. Which image formats are supported?

PNG and JPG. Use PNG if you need a transparent background; JPG always has a solid background.

Q. Can I specify exact coordinates for the stamp?

Currently you choose from 9 preset positions. Free-coordinate placement will be added in a future update.

Q. Can I apply multiple different stamps at once?

Currently one stamp per operation. To apply multiple, run the tool again on the result with a different stamp.

Q. Are files uploaded to a server?

No. Both the PDF and the stamp image are processed entirely in your browser.
